• COI On-Campus Event Form – must complete form and submit the company’s Certificate of Insurance (COI) at a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to event/service
  • Certificate of Insurance Example – all requirements must be met in order to be approved by TCU.
  • General Liability with minimum limits of $1M/$2M
  • Auto Liability with minimum limits of $1M
  • Workers’ Comp with minimum limits of $1M
  • Add TCU as an Additional Insured on the General Liability and Auto
  • Add Waiver of Subrogation on the General Liability, Auto Workers’ Comp

  • Order of Omega recognizes fraternity men and women who have attained a high standard of leadership in interfraternity activities, to encourage them to continue along this line, and to inspire others to strive for similar conspicuous attainment. To apply for Order of Omega, one must meet the following criteria:
    • Must be an initiated member of a fraternity or sorority at TCU
    • Classified as a sophomore or higher
    • A 3.5 cumulative GPA or higher
    • All applicants must have a recommender who is either a chapter advisor or a member of the TCU faculty/staff to be eligible for consideration.
