- COI On-Campus Event Form – must complete form and submit the company’s Certificate of Insurance (COI) at a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to event/service

- Order of Omega recognizes fraternity men and women who have attained a high standard of leadership in interfraternity activities, to encourage them to continue along this line, and to inspire others to strive for similar conspicuous attainment. To apply for Order of Omega, one must meet the following criteria:
- Must be an initiated member of a fraternity or sorority at TCU
- Classified as a sophomore or higher
- A 3.5 cumulative GPA or higher
- All applicants must have a recommender who is either a chapter advisor or a member of the TCU faculty/staff to be eligible for consideration.
